Individual Counseling

I provide one-to-one therapy services for adults 18 years and older.  Individual therapy sessions are 50 minutes in length.

Group Counseling

I provide group therapy services for those grieving the loss of a loved one to suicide. Group therapy sessions are 2-3 hour in length.  Please contact me to learn more and express interest.
